What is the Brazil ITBI Calculator?

ITBI (Imposto sobre Transmissão de Bens Imóveis) is a municipal tax levied when real estate changes ownership. The tax must be paid before registering the deed at the notary (cartório). Is ITBI the same everywhere in Brazil?
