What is the Brazil Severance Calculator?

When a CLT employee is dismissed without just cause (demissão sem justa causa) in Brazil, they are entitled to multiple components: proportional prior notice (aviso prévio), proportional 13th salary, unused vacation plus 1/3 bonus, and the 40% FGTS penalty. The employer must also pay out any remaining wages for the current month.
