What is the Saudi GOSI Calculator?

GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) is Saudi Arabia's mandatory social insurance system. For Saudi nationals, both employer and employee each contribute 9.75% of the basic salary — covering annuities (pension), unemployment insurance (SANED), and occupational hazard protection. For non-Saudi employees, only the employer pays a 2% occupational hazards contribution; there is no employee deduction. Contributions are applied to basic salary only, excluding housing and other allowances.
