How We Review
Every calculator is maintained and audited by the CalcHub Editorial Team. We verify formulas against primary sources:
- • Finance: RBI circulars, CBDT Income Tax Act, SEBI notifications, AMFI data
- • Medical: WHO guidelines, ICMR recommendations, peer-reviewed journals (NEJM, Lancet, etc.)
- • General: Industry standards and published conversion tables

Frequently Asked Questions
How is payment handled?
We pay via bank transfer or invoice at the end of each month. Include your GST/business number if applicable - we will issue a formal invoice.
Do I need to be famous or have a large following?
No. We care about your qualifications and domain expertise (CA, CFP, MD/clinician with verifiable credentials). Your name will be published on the calculator page as the expert reviewer.
What about conflicts of interest?
If you review a calculator for a company you are affiliated with (e.g., your own investment fund), we will note the affiliation. Transparency is valued - we will publish it.
Do I retain IP for my commentary?
Yes. You grant us a perpetual license to publish your 2-3 line commentary on the public page. You retain all other IP rights. No exclusivity required.
How long does a review take?
Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on complexity. For example: EMI calculator (30 min), medical formula (1-2 hours). We provide the rubric and review template upfront.
