What is the Kuwait Indemnity Calculator?
Kuwait's End of Service Indemnity (also called EOSB) is governed by the Kuwait Labour Law (Law No. 6 of 2010 for the private sector). The entitlement is 15 working days' basic salary per year of service for the first five years, and one full month's basic salary per year for each year beyond five. At least one year of continuous service is required.
