What is the Qatar Gratuity Calculator?
Qatar's End of Service Gratuity is governed by Qatar Labour Law No. 14 of 2004. Upon completion of at least one year of service, employees are entitled to a gratuity payment based on their basic salary. The rate is 3 weeks' pay per year of service for the first five years, increasing to 4 weeks per year for subsequent years. The calculation uses the last drawn basic salary.
